Saint Paul’s Students Featured on Newsround! < < BACK

A group of students from Saint Paul’s were selected to appear on BBC television’s Newsround.

On the day of the US presidential election results, the students were asked by the BBC what they would like to say to Donald Trump.

The BBC came into school to film the students who had to hold a doll which had been made to look like Donald Trump.

They were filmed telling the ‘Donald doll’ their views.

We were told that there had been two dolls, one of Donald Trump and one of Hilary Clinton and they had just returned from a tour of the USA following the election campaign trail.

We were delighted to hear our students’ views which were well thought through and articulately expressed.
