A host of awards celebrating success throughout all aspects of life at Saint Paul’s were presented at the annual Awards Ceremony at the school. It was an inspiring event with teachers and students joining together to commemorate the success of the last year.
The event began with a beautiful Mass to celebrate the Feast of St Peter and St Paul. Following the Mass, the Deputy Headteacher led the awards ceremony with Heads of Subject and Progress Leaders presenting special awards. The Awards ceremony was an opportunity to reward those students in Years 7, 8, 9 and 10 who worked extremely hard during the past year; it allowed the school to publicly give both praise and recognition for their efforts.
Mrs Claire Hunt, Acting Deputy Headteacher at Saint Paul’s, thoroughly enjoyed the event stating that “The Awards Ceremony was a great success; I was very impressed by how the students get whole heartedly involved with events not only in the school environment but within the whole community, including the global community. The Awards Ceremony gives the staff an opportunity to say thank you to the great students.”
