The year 10 Diane Modahl Sports Foundation (DMSF) group travelled to Fairhome in Salford to present the equality campaigns they have been working on this term. The campaigns covered issues including racism, gender and religion in sport. The teams each presented to a panel which included Olympian Diane Modahl, Keira McCosh who is an England rugby player and Amy Varle who is a professional campaigner on major issues such as homelessness.
Miss Jordan commented: “These inspiring women on the panel were blown away by the confidence and passion of the presentations and hard work of our young students on their campaigns. I was absolutely bursting with pride during their feedback!”
