Our Year 10 students, who are learning about food and drink currently in class, made some ratatouille in their French lesson last week to practice their French vocabulary and sample some traditional French cuisine!
Mrs McCarron explained: “Our lovely Year 10 French students were given the opportunity to make a traditional French dish: ratatouille after learning the French food vocabulary. The students excelled in their cooking skills and put together some exquisite ratatouille. Bravo les élèves!
Everyone enjoyed recreating this French classic and especially liked eating it!!

Staff and pupils, who were helped by our PGCE student from Manchester University- Aqsa Raman, all had a wonderful time and can’t wait to get back into the kitchen again soon.
