We were delighted to hear about the swimming and racing achievements of our Year 8 pupil, Ethan.
The many medals Ethan has won since he started competing 3 years ago, he has now won a total of 36 medals!!
Recently Ethan competed in 9 races at Broughton Leisure Centre, these consisted of the 400m IM, 200m IM, 400m, 200m, 100m and 50m freestyle, 100m and 50m backstroke and 50m butterfly. Ethan achieved some amazing personal bests, he won a silver and a bronze medal and gained more Regional qualification times.
He now has a total of 7 Regional qualification times, meaning that he will compete in at the Northwest Regional Championships in Liverpool on the 29th and 30th of April and the 13th and 14th of May.
