Mr Hren invites a group of students to have breakfast with him each week to celebrate their positive input into our school life and their wonderful achievements.
This week he was celebrating over breakfast with a group of Year 7 pupils took part in a competition to design a flag for Antarctica to be sent off as part of a project with Antarctic scientists.
The aim of this initiative is to inspire new generations about the Antarctic and Antarctica Day.
Following a Geography lesson about Antarctica, the pupils were asked to design a flag for the Antarctic – as it does not have its own – based on what they have learnt.
Well done to all those involved – we are very proud of you.
