Loving God,
We thank You for the life and witness of Pope Francis,
Your humble servant and faithful shepherd.
In his words and actions, he showed us how to care for Your creation,
To walk with the poor, and to serve with simplicity and love.
As we mourn his passing, we remember his call to stewardship—
To be caretakers of our world, protectors of the vulnerable,
And guardians of justice, peace, and mercy.
May we honour his legacy by living lives of compassion and responsibility,
Using our gifts not just for ourselves, but in service of others and of the Earth.
Help us to follow his example of humility, courage, and deep faith.
Grant him eternal rest, O Lord,
And let perpetual light shine upon him.
May his memory inspire us to walk the path of Christ
With hope, joy, and unwavering love.
