Inspirational Pupil Led Dungeons & Dragons Club

We are delighted with the new Dungeons and Dragons Club which was set up at Saint Paul’s Catholic High School in Wythenshawe, Greater Manchester by Year 8 pupil, Michael who wanted to share his passion for the game with his fellow pupils.

The Dungeons & Dragons Club is for students who are interested in playing one of the most popular and famous table top roleplaying games.

Michael commented: “We like the creative experience of collaboratively telling stories, building worlds, having in-depth moral and philosophical discussions, teaching new people to play, and of course, having fun together. Come join us for Dungeons & Dragons! All are welcome in this club, and there is always room for another character in the game!”

Members will go on adventures, fight monsters, discover treasure, and explore a mystical world. It’s an amazingly fun time where unforgettable memories are made.

Mr Nathan Mallon, said: I’m pleased to be able to say that we offer a wide variety of extracurricular clubs and activities here at St. Paul’s. The latest club, Dungeons and Dragons, is completely pupil-led and it’s utterly inspiring to see our young people, such as Michael, who have such passion for and deep understanding of such an intricate and epic game. It’s great to see them having fun but also developing such skills as creativity, insight, problem solving, empathy and teamwork.”
