A large number of pupils in Year 8 and 7 enjoyed a visit from the Advanced Mathematics Support Programme Team.
They were given the opportunity to learn about all the different careers that require maths.
There was then a Dragon Race in which pupils had to use their problem-solving skills to answer a number of questions and use their answers to build a dragon. The biggest dragon was the winner! A great opportunity to see maths in action!
