We have launched our brand-new app called Parentapps which is greatly improving the way we communicate with our parents.
Thank you to all parents/carers who have downloaded the app and are ready to receive information.
All communication will be sent home using this app including all whole school letters. The app will also provide you with instant access to term dates, event information, newsletters, surveys, social media and much more. It also will link directly to Parent Pay and Classcharts as well as latest news and important information on our website.
Additionally, you will also be able to view and submit consent forms & surveys, receive secure documents and report absences directly from within the app.
All messages and letters will be sent out via push notifications from the app. You will be notified via the app that there is a new letter to read or new information you should know about. This will be sent directly to your smart device for you to read at any time.
Please supply school with an email address for you if you have not already done so this is to ensure you don’t miss out on important information. Please contact the school office if you are having difficulty setting the app up.
Lastly, the app is fully secure and GDPR compliant and in order to access it you will need to be invited via email or letter.
If you have not received the email inviting you to download parent app please contact the school office who will be able to resend the invitation to you.
