Year 10 Students Explore Jewish Ethics Through Chatterbox Learning Tool in RE

Year 10 students have been diving into the topic of *Pikuach Nefesh*—the Jewish principle that preserving human life overrides almost any other religious commandment—as part of their GCSE studies on Judaism. Using an interactive Chatterbox learning tool, students explored complex ethical dilemmas and how they connect to *Pikuach Nefesh*.

In addition to deepening their understanding of Jewish teachings, students also practiced their oracy skills. The Chatterbox tool facilitated lively discussions, allowing them to articulate their thoughts clearly and confidently while engaging with real-world scenarios. This approach helped them tackle difficult ethical questions and understand how Judaism prioritizes the sanctity of life in its moral framework.
