The Year 11 Prom is on Friday 10th July at Hotel Football in Old Trafford. Ticket costs will be confirmed and invitations will be sent out closer to the time.
All pupils currently have the opportunity to earn an invitation to the Prom to celebrate their graduation from high school however this event will only be open to students who have worked hard throughout the year and maintained a good level of behaviour, attendance and punctuality.
At the start of the year, students were informed that, in order to secure a place, they will be required to meet certain criteria and complete a ‘Passport to Prom’ by the Easter Holidays.
The criteria to secure a place at prom is as follows:
· Less than 35 behaviour points
· Attendance – over 93%
· Above 200 achievement points
· Excellent punctuality
· Revision lesson – at least 30 attended
· A contribution to the religious life of the school
· A contribution to the school community
· No fix term exclusions
Failure to meet these requirements could result in your child losing out on a place at the event. Please do not book prom attire or transport until your child has received an official invitation.
