Our annual Year 5 Challenge Day took place this summer, bringing together five enthusiastic teams from local primary schools. The event was designed to spark curiosity and teamwork as students tackled a series of stimulating challenges in maths, English, and science.
Each team was guided by one or two of our Year 9 students, who provided encouragement and support throughout the day. The atmosphere was filled with excitement, friendly competition, and plenty of smiles as everyone worked together to solve problems and learn new skills.
After a day of impressive effort and collaboration, we are delighted to congratulate this year’s winners: St Peter’s Catholic Primary School. Well done to all the participants for their hard work and positive spirit!
Thank you to everyone who helped make the event a success, especially our Year 9 mentors and the staff who organised the day. We look forward to welcoming even more teams next year for another fantastic Challenge Day!
