I am contacting you as a local school in the area with young people and parents who may have accessed our local centre.
We are currently undertaking a review of the Woodhouse Park Lifestyle Centre as one of the valuable community centres we operate in the Wythenshawe area.
We would really like theirs/your views and opinions and would appreciate if you could help us by sharing our survey within your parent apps and contacts.

If you do take the opportunity to give us your feedback and complete the survey you could be in with a chance of winning £50 of high street vouchers. All you have to do is answer the simple questions on the Woodhouse Park Lifestyle Centre and complete the section asking for your contact details. Or you can answer the few simple questions without your details being taken and you will not be entered into the draw.
