We would like to invite you to attend our Parents’ Evenings. These are important evenings and provide you with an opportunity to meet with current teachers regarding the progress your children are making in school and also the progress being made through the remote access provision.
The school has introduced a new initiative and easy to use online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. We are confident this will be an improvement to the previous system and welcome any feedback.
You can now book appointments for the following Parents Evenings
Year 11 – Thursday 25 March 2021 – Bookings can be made up to 1pm Thursday 25th March 2021
Year 7 – Thursday 1st April 2021 – Bookings can be made up to 1pm Thursday 1st April 2021
Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact the school office.
Please visit https://stpaulscatholichigh.schoolcloud.co.uk to book your appointments. Login with the following information – if you have more than one student at the school you can use any of the student details to log into the account.
Student’s First Name – Student’s Surname – Date of Birth
If you do not have access to the internet, please contact the school office who will be happy to add appointments on your behalf.
Please note that it will work using mobile phones and I would like to thank all the parents who have contributed to the trial set up. When using any device please ensure you type the https://stpaulscatholichigh.schoolcloud.co.uk then you can simply login.
Once appointments are booked, please be aware once you are logged into the app for the evening there will be a countdown timer with the teachers. The timer will automatically end the call once your time has elapsed for both the parent and teacher with no option to staying online. If you have any further questions with a particular member of staff you can send an email using your child’s email account or speak with the pastoral staff/progress leader for the year group at a later date.
