Dear parent/carer,
We would like to invite you and your child into school for our Year 11 Aspirations Evening on Thursday 19th October from 4-5.30pm. This event will provide an opportunity for you to discover more about the challenges your child will be facing in their final year of high school as they prepare for their GCSE examinations and begin to apply for the next phase of their learning/careers.
There will be brief presentations from the Headteacher and Heads of Maths, English and science, outlining expectations of pupils and how parents can best support from home, as well as opportunities to meet with all subject leads to ask questions and obtain revision guidance and materials.
Representatives of colleges and FE providers will also be available to provide advice on careers and post-16 courses/apprenticeships.
We thank you in advance for your support and hope you will be able to assist us in ensuring your child’s every chance of success in their final school year at St. Paul’s and beyond.
