Creating a Garden at Saint Paul’s

At Saint Paul’s, staff and students are working enthusiastically together to create a welcoming and vibrant garden. This collaborative project is developing into a sensory-rich environment that encourages social interaction, creativity and hands-on learning.

The garden is already bursting into life, with beautiful spring blooms adding colour and charm to the space. We are now eagerly awaiting the arrival of the new shed and equipment, which will further support learning and activities in the garden.

The school’s vision is for the garden to promote both physical and mental wellbeing for students and staff. It provides a calm, peaceful setting to relax, connect with nature, and take a moment away from the classroom. As a learning resource, the garden plays an important role in supporting students to regulate their emotions, improve focus and build positive relationships.
